The MDVC recognizes the deep need to overcome the challenges of the Man's crisis in result-oriented governance in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and that of preparing not only the MDVC executives for the conquest of power as is the case in many political parties, but also and above all, training them in the democratic exercise of power for the benefit and the well-being of the Congolese people. 18 Units were selected for this purpose.
